Each Cuddle therapy session at Heartfelt Healing begins with a gentle conversation. We’ll set boundaries together, talk through your needs, and make sure you feel safe and comfortable before we begin.
Every session is:

Session Options
Gentle Grounding – 60 minutes
£70 – 1 hour
A full hour of soothing, supportive touch to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore a sense of peace and connection. Ideal for those seeking a reset during difficult or overwhelming times, or to find calm.
💖 Deep Calm – 90 minutes
£90 – 1.5 hours
For those wishing to immerse themselves in deeper rest and connection. This extended session offers more time for relaxation, gentle holding, and mindful companionship. Experience deep calm.
Virtual Hug - 30 minutes online
£30
A warm supportive chat, sitting quietly together, eye gazing, breathwork or guided meditation. A lovely first introduction or way to keep in touch between in person sessions.

Aftercare
At the end of your session, we take a quiet moment to reflect and ground before you leave. Afterwards, you’ll receive a short follow-up email — a simple thank-you, with a reminder that you can reach out or rebook whenever you’re ready.

Other Ways You Can Be Supported
Healing doesn’t only happen in the cuddle space. Sometimes connection looks different, and I’m here to meet you where you are.
Online Support – Emotional support, breath work, meditation, or eye gazing via video call. A surprisingly comforting way to stay in touch between sessions.
Walk & Talk in Nature – Gentle conversation in a public space or Birmingham park, for those who find peace outdoors.
Home Visits & Longer Sessions – Once you are a known client, sessions can be extended or arranged in your own home for greater comfort.
Shared Comfort – Cuddling while watching a film, listening to music, or simply resting together.
Social Companionship – Coffee, lunch, the theatre, a favourite restaurant, or even a gig — with compassionate presence alongside you.
Your needs and wishes will always be accommodated where possible. Anything platonic can be considered. If it matters to you, it matters to me.
Home Visits
If travelling is difficult, or you prefer to be in your own environment, I can bring Heartfelt Healing to you. Home visits are available by arrangement, with an additional travel fee. Please enquire for details.
What happens After You Book?
Once you’ve booked your session, here’s what will happen next:
Confirmation Email
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and information about your session.
Comfort Agreement
A simple Comfort Agreement, T&C's and Client Form will be included, which must be read, signed and returned before your first session. This helps us create clarity, safety, and mutual understanding so you can relax knowing everything is in place. If you prefer, complete the forms online
Welcome Guide
You’ll also receive a short Welcome Guide — with what to wear, what to expect, and gentle reassurances to help you feel calm before arriving.
Optional Introductory Call
If you’d like, a 10 minute call can be arranged before your session. This is simply a chance to connect, answer any last questions, and put your mind at ease.
