Is cuddle therapy sexual?

No. Cuddle therapy is always platonic, safe, and guided by mutual consent. It’s about comfort, human connection, and emotional wellbeing

Do I have to be touched?

No. All touch is optional and consent-led. Some clients choose no touch at al and focus on other forms of support.

What if I feel nervous before my first session?

That’s completely natural. Many clients feel unsure at first. I am naturally friendly, deeply empathetic, and I understand how you may be feeling.

We’ll begin with a gentle chat so you can ask questions and take things step by step. You are always in control, and there is no ‘right or wrong’ way to experience a session.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing, such as lounge wear or yoga clothes, works best. Sessions are always fully clothed throughout so make sure you are comfy. You are welcome to bring clothes to change into.

Why do you host sessions at your home?

Heartfelt Healing sessions are held in my own home because it allows me to welcome you into a space filled with care and intention.

My private space is calm, clean, and dedicated to creating comfort.

When you arrive, you are met with warmth, respect, and compassion in a private environment that feels safe and nurturing. It’s a quiet space where the outside world can fade away, and you can simply rest, breathe, and connect.

Who are sessions for?

Sessions can support anyone who longs for safe, compassionate connection. It may help if you are:

  • Experiencing stress, burnout, or anxiety

  • Feeling isolated, disconnected or lonely

  • Seeking deep acceptance for physical scars, body image concerns or following surgery

  • Neurodiverse and exploring safe, supportive touch and boundaries

  • LGBTQ+ — all genders and identities are warmly welcome, especially when exploring deep acceptance

  • This service is particularly supportive for women experiencing burnout, loneliness, or emotional exhaustion.

What happens during a session?

Each session begins with a consent conversation and setting clear boundaries. From there, we may move into supportive touch — this may include sitting together, holding or hugging or simply sharing calm stillness. Every choice is guided by your comfort and holds, positions and breaks are all led by you. We can talk or sit in silence – whatever you prefer

What if I get emotional during a session?

That’s absolutely okay. Touch can bring up feelings. Whether you feel calm, tearful, or even unsure, everything is welcome. I’ll support you with kindness and without judgement.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes. For your reassurance:

  • Certified Professional Practitioner (CPI)

  • Fully insured

  • Enhanced DBS checked

  • First Aid trained

Can I book a session at my home?

Yes. Home visits are available by arrangement once you are a known client, with an additional travel fee. Please contact me to discuss.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a somatic wellbeing and support service. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. This service is not a clinical treatment, but many clients find it supportive for stress, overwhelm, and emotional regulation.
