Reiki sessions at Heartfelt Healing offer a quiet, restorative space to slow down, release tension, and support your overall sense of wellbeing.
This is a gentle, non-invasive relaxation practice designed to help you fully rest.
What a session feels like
You will lie fully clothed in a comfortable, supported position, often with blankets and pillows to help you feel warm and secure.
The session is quiet and calming. Your choice of speciality music or sounds. Light touch or no touch may be used depending on your comfort level.

a chance to fully switch off and deeply relax

Reiki is a complementary relaxation practice and is not a medical or psychological treatment.
You do not need to believe in energy work to benefit from the experience — many clients simply experience it as a deeply calming rest session.
Your consultation will allow you to design your session to your requirements.

Relax and reset 30 mins £30
Rest, restore and relax 45 minutes £45
Add-ons can include your choice relaxation aids - Crystals, Chakra stones, Aromatherapy, Sound healing or herbal teas to help you to feel deeply relaxed.


I also offer some specialist services including shorter Reiki Reset sessions of 20 minutes, and Corporate Stress Relief sessions in your workplace or at Conferences/Away Days.
