Energy healing is a gentle yet powerful way to restore harmony on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. At Heartfelt Healing, I offer sessions that combine Reiki and Seichem, two complementary systems of channelled life force energy.

Reiki originates from Japan and works by encouraging balance, relaxation and natural healing.
Seichem is an Egyptian lineage that expands this flow through the elemental energies of:

What to Expect

You will remain fully clothed, resting comfortably while energy is channelled through light touch or with hands held just above the body. Many clients describe a sensation of relaxation or deep peace. Every session is unique, flowing to where it is most needed. The effects may be felt during the session or in the following days.
